Time Tracking for Chrome: what it handles and why.
werun.dev - Time Tracking is an internal Chrome extension of werun.dev (Av. del Libertador 8620, Núñez, Argentina) that lets its team track time on the tasks of its CRM (Perfex CRM, crm.werun.dev).
Last updated: October 14, 2026
Data
Data it uses.
- CRM account data: name and email of the team member who signs in.
- Session: a short-lived access token and a refresh token issued by werun.dev's CRM at sign-in.
- Work data: the tasks assigned to that person (name, client, project, status, due date) and their time entries and notes.
Purpose
What it is used for.
Only to show each person their tasks, start and stop the CRM’s timer, and record or show their time entries. The extension doesn’t use the data for advertising, profiling or any other purpose.
Storage
Where it is stored.
- Tasks and time entries are stored in werun.dev’s CRM, which is the source of the data.
- In the browser, the extension keeps the session, the chosen language and a copy of the task list for up to one day. That copy is deleted on sign-out. The access token is kept in memory only.
- The extension only talks to
crm.werun.dev, always over HTTPS, and doesn't read the content of other websites.
Sharing
Who it is shared with.
No one. The data is not sold or transferred to third parties.
Control
Control and retention.
- Each person can sign out from the extension or from the CRM (werun SSO → Connected apps). An administrator can sign them out as well.
- Sessions that aren’t used expire after 30 days. Time entries are kept in the CRM according to werun.dev’s internal policies.
