Yes. Every project includes its design, made with AI on your guidelines and style guide: a homepage of modules that every other page is built from. It is not generic and it is never a template. A design made from scratch is the fully custom design add-on, 50% of development. Once the design is approved, design changes move to a second phase.

What if we need something not listed here?

Our technical team sizes it, from XS (2 hours, $240) to L (20 hours, $2,400), and it goes in the proposal as a line of its own. Anything bigger than L is estimated as a module of its own.

Can we switch between engagements?

Yes. Many clients start with a project and move to a monthly plan once it is live.

What happens to unused hours?

They don't roll over. Retainer and Care hours belong to the month they are billed for, and hours left at the end of it expire. If your needs change, we adjust the plan for the next month.
