Customers know the part number, or a competitor’s. Each gets found, priced and added to the order in a few clicks.
The problem: Customers call to ask if you have it in stock.
What changes: They check stock on the site, read from your order system.
The problem: Every customer has a different price and the rep looks it up.
What changes: Each customer signs in and sees their own price.
The problem: Orders arrive as emails, photos and phone calls.
What changes: A quick-order form takes part numbers and quantities, or a pasted list.
The problem: Customers know a competitor’s part number, not yours.
What changes: Cross-references point their number to your product.
The problem: Customers ask for order status and old invoices by phone.
What changes: Status, invoices and statements sit in their account.
The problem: Price changes reach the site long after they reach the counter.
What changes: The site follows your system, so changes appear on their own.
What customers now do on their own.
They open past orders, change a quantity and send it. The order lands in your system with their price on it.
AI reads it and drafts the order, flagging any part it doesn’t know. Your inside sales team checks and confirms.
They type it in and the site shows your equivalent, with their price and stock. Nobody has to look it up.
Four directions to start from. Pick the one that feels like you and we shape it around what you make.

Your project, approvals and invoices live in the Client Portal. You ask for a change by clicking on your own site. With Care, a written report arrives every month.
Projects, requests, invoices, proposals and contracts in one place. Ask it a question and it answers from your own records.
Click anything on your own site and say what you want. That's it: the team gets it as a task with a screenshot, and you watch it get solved.
Every month, in writing: what we changed on your site, what we watched over and what comes next.
Not sure which version sells more? Try both with real visitors. Tell us the idea in plain words, we set up the test, and you watch the winner from your Client Portal.
No. Your ERP stays the system of record. The site reads prices, stock and terms from it, and sends orders back, through whatever API it offers. Where that API is switched off in your plan, we say so before quoting.
