Client Feedback for Chrome: what it handles and why.
werun.dev provides the werun.dev - Client Feedback Chrome extension so that clients of agencies using our Perfex CRM module can leave visual feedback on their websites. This policy explains what the extension handles and why.

What the extension collects.
Only when you use it on a site enabled by your access token:
- Access token: the token your agency gave you, stored locally in your browser to authenticate with your agency's CRM.
- Your comments and replies: the text you write and any files you attach.
- Website content: a screenshot of the visible page, with the selected element highlighted, taken only when you send a comment. It also sends the page URL and title, the selected element (CSS selector and text) and its position.
- Technical context: window size, device pixel ratio, breakpoint (mobile, tablet or desktop), browser and operating system, so your agency can reproduce the issue.
The extension does not read or collect anything from sites outside the domains included in your token. It does not track your browsing history, and it does not use cookies, analytics or advertising.
Where the data goes.
Comments, screenshots and context are sent directly to your agency's CRM, the address shown in the extension (for example https://crm.werun.dev). They are stored there as tasks of your project. We do not sell, rent or share this data with third parties, and we do not use it for any purpose other than delivering your feedback to your agency.
Data stored in your browser.
Your access token, session data (project, round, allowed domains), the CRM address, your language and whether you already saw the guide are kept in Chrome's extension storage on your device. Disconnecting the extension or uninstalling it removes this data.
Retention and deletion.
Feedback is kept in your agency's CRM for as long as the project requires. To access, correct or delete it, contact your agency or us at hello@werun.dev. Your agency can revoke your token at any time, which disconnects the extension automatically.
How it is protected.
All communication with the CRM uses HTTPS. Access tokens are stored hashed on the server, and can be revoked or set to expire.
